What is autoclassic.com all about?
In brief, we are offering people all over the world the opportunity to get involved in a classic vehicle community. A site for real classic vehicle enthusiasts, whatever you may drive.

Promote your club free!
Clubs and organisations (non-profits) can submit their content without charge, with all the appropriate credits and links. The content can be anything related to classic vehicles, news, events, projects, histories, anything at all!

The autoclassic.com project offers the opportunity to non-profit organisations and enthusiastic individuals to become actively involved and provide a showcase for their passion! A passion which I share!

Business can get involved too
The basic idea is that non-profit organisations, such as clubs and associations, and individuals can contribute at no cost. Businesses will be required to pay a modest subscription to showcase their vehicles, products or services to a world wide audience. Any business in the classic vehicle industry will be able to place vehicles, products or services on the site via a sophisticated administration system in a way we believe is not currently available elsewhere.

We have also included an inter-business forum allowing businesses to build up contacts and talk to each other. We hope that this will help business in the classic vehicle industry build on their existing networks and exchange information.

It's so easy to contribute
Whether you are a club, business or individual, we have developed a system which allows all our contributors to place content on the site without the need for specialist internet skills. All that is required is Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.5 or 6 and the ability to use a simple word processor. Visitors to the site can view via their browser of choice, it is just contributors that require the specified browser to use the administration screens. Contributors will be able to create any number of pages and even up-load photographs!

Individuals will also be able to contribute articles free of charge, and, for a small fee, all will have the option to place classified advertisements using our unique and easy to use system.

We intend to start with a massive links database which we have been researching over the last 2 years. So, from the beginning, we hope that visitors will be able to find what they want. In time we hope to build up the content to make autoclassic.com an invaluable resource for classic vehicle enthusiasts.
